Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your delivery if:

  • You have received the incorrect product, in which case we will dispatch the correct product to you OR process a refund to your original payment method

OR

  • The item you received was faulty and/or damaged in transit, in which case we will dispatch a new product to you OR process a refund to your original payment method. Please see more information below for faulty/damaged items.

We do not process a refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • If no contact has been made regarding the product within 14-days of receiving


It is our goal at Holistic Healing Therapies to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their order, if you ordered a product and are not completely in love with it, we are more than happy to arrange an exchange, however you will be responsible for the return postage and postage of new items.

Exchanges will be process within 2-4 business days of receiving the returned item.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a faulty/damaged item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the product with a picture of the item in the box. Please email us at holistichealing.therapies@outlook.com and we will begin the process of replacing the item.


CANCELLATIONS

We allow for order cancellations if the product has not yet been dispatched.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
