PROCESSING TIMES

All orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days (excluding public holidays).

During sale periods and holiday season, please allow for an extra 2 business days to process your order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking information.

For larger orders (over £300, there is a processing time for 5-10 business days, in this case, we will email you once your order has been confirmed and notify you of processing and shipping times.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

For UK residents, we have a flat rate of £2.99 for standard shipping and offer FREE standard shipping for orders over £50. Delivery times for standard shipping is 5-10 business days.

For express shipping, we have a flat rate of $5.99. Delivery times for express shipping is 2-5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We offer delivery to selected countries around the world at a flat rate of £20 UK: United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand and select countries throughout Asia.

Delivery times for standard international shipping is 10-27 business days - however, due to COVID-19, there may be significant delays in delivery. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer express shipping to our International customers.

Customers are responsible for customs and import taxes in their country. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
